Our role goes beyond forwarding CVs. We review experience and skills against the job description and give the client a summary with the candidate's details and the results of the initial assessment. The final selection and hiring decision remains with the organisation.

Training & Professional Development

We design and coordinate training programmes linked to the practical needs of the Libyan job market, including financial reporting, data analysis with Excel, an introduction to accounting and ERP systems including Odoo, and financial and accounting terminology in English. The programmes are aimed at new graduates and at professionals who want to develop their skills, return to work, or move from the public to the private sector.
